style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15.0pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: #333333;\">Subsequently, Prayon completed the second stage of the process to transform the MGA into PPA in conformity with the Prayon food grade \/ battery-grade specification on February 13, 2024.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15.0pt; font-family: 'Segoe
