class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le 8 mai 2024, First Phosphate a annonc\u00e9 que Rapidwall avait r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 utiliser le bi-produit de gypse de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 provenant de sa production d'acide phosphorique de qualit\u00e9 marchande (MGA) pour cr\u00e9er les produits de gypse valoris\u00e9s Rapidwall et Rapidseal.<\/p><p>\u00ab Nous sommes heureux d'avoir test\u00e9 le phosphogypse de First Phosphate et pouvons confirmer qu'il sera capable de produire un mat\u00e9riau de construction Rapidwall d'excellente qualit\u00e9 \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Ben Lucas, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de RBS. \u00ab Il s'agit de l'une des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res de phosphogypse de la plus haute qualit\u00e9 que nous ayons jamais test\u00e9es, un mat\u00e9riau qui ne n\u00e9cessite pas la purification ou la neutralisation suppl\u00e9mentaires que la plupart des autres gypses du monde entier. Le gypse de First Phosphate peut \u00eatre directement calcin\u00e9 pour produire du mat\u00e9riau Rapidwall ou Rapidseal afin de fournir des flux de revenus suppl\u00e9mentaires pour la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 avec un minimum d'\u00e9tapes de traitement \u00bb.<\/p><p>Une fois son exploitation mini\u00e8re commenc\u00e9e, First Phosphate pr\u00e9voit d'avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 de la roche ign\u00e9e anorthosite phosphat\u00e9e propre au Qu\u00e9bec, Canada, qu'elle compte purifier en acide phosphorique purifi\u00e9 de qualit\u00e9 batterie (\u00ab APP \u00bb) pour fabriquer un pr\u00e9curseur de phosphate de fer afin de soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement de l'\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de batteries au phosphate de fer et de lithium (\u00ab LFP \u00bb) en Am\u00e9rique du Nord. Le sous-produit de phosphogypse produit \u00e0 partir de la purification de la roche phosphate ign\u00e9e en APP devrait produire un sous-produit de gypse \u00e0 faible teneur en contaminants pouvant \u00eatre valoris\u00e9 en Rapidwall ou en Rapidseal. Ces sous-produits de gypse de haute qualit\u00e9 sont largement utilis\u00e9s en Australie, en Afrique, en Europe, en Asie et en Am\u00e9rique du Sud depuis des d\u00e9cennies.
