(\u00ab <strong>First Phosphate <\/strong>\u00bb ou la \u00ab Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00bb) (CSE : PHOS) (OTCQX : FRSPF) (FSE : KD0) a le plaisir d\u2019annoncer un paiement initial dans le cadre d'un amendement apport\u00e9 \u00e0 son contrat d'achat \u00e0 long terme de concentr\u00e9 de phosphate sous la forme d'une lettre d'intention (la \u00ab LI \u00bb) avec un partenaire actuel (l\u2019\u00ab Acheteur \u00bb).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">L\u2019Acheteur a accept\u00e9 de verser \u00e0 First Phosphate un paiement anticip\u00e9 forfaitaire (le \u00ab paiement anticip\u00e9 forfaitaire \u00bb) d\u2019un montant \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 530 000 $ US, afin d\u2019aider la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 faire progresser son projet minier de phosphate B\u00e9gin-Lamarche jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une \u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 et, ultimement, \u00e0 une d\u00e9cision de mise en production.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">First Phosphate a compl\u00e9t\u00e9 une \u00e9valuation \u00e9conomique pr\u00e9liminaire de son projet de phosphate B\u00e9gin-Lamarche le 4 d\u00e9cembre 2024, laquelle recommandait, entre autres, la r\u00e9alisation de travaux additionnels de forage et d\u2019exploration afin de convertir certaines ressources min\u00e9rales pr\u00e9sum\u00e9es en ressources min\u00e9rales indiqu\u00e9es, ainsi que certaines ressources min\u00e9rales indiqu\u00e9es en ressources min\u00e9rales mesur\u00e9es. First Phosphate est actuellement en voie de compl\u00e9ter un programme de forage de 30 000 m\u00e8tres, dont l\u2019ach\u00e8vement est pr\u00e9vu d\u2019ici avril 2026, afin de finaliser le mod\u00e8le g\u00e9ologique relatif \u00e0 ses ressources min\u00e9rales, sur la base duquel une d\u00e9cision sera prise quant \u00e0 l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une \u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9.
